Our vision is a world where all children are healthy and happy
Our story
Inspired by our Founder’s work with Syrian children living in refugee camps on the Greek Islands, a group of UK-based campaigners established Under One Sky in 2018 to help refugee and asylum-seeking children aged 5-11 years old in their local communities heal, learn and socialise through the medium of nature.
Our philosophy
Our vision is of a world where all children are healthy, happy and self-confident in which they are granted the freedom and ability to grow, flourish and develop, both physically and emotionally, in a safe, free, stimulating and nurturing space in tune with the natural environment.

Our mission
We work to enable children aged 5-11 years old from refugee and asylum-seeking backgrounds win the London area to learn and develop both socially and emotionally through the medium of nature and conservation.
We run structured outdoor learning sessions in local green spaces to help children heal, learn and socialise. We additionally work to raise awareness of the obstacles these children face and campaign to help create positive change.
Our policies
Child safeguarding is of primary importance to Under One Sky. Our Working with Children and Child Safeguarding policies underline our key working guidelines.
